THE CHEF
Charlie and Tony have both thought about owning their own business for a long time. They met through a mutual friend and began working together about 3 years ago. They decided to go into business together and open a food truck. Charlie and Tony have over 10 years experience cooking hibachi and can't wait to serve Birmingham starting this fall.
